Ok so here's the plot. You isekai'ed into a hentai isekai with her. You know, with all the goblin rape, orc rape, succubi and stuff.

However due to unknown reasons (an entry in the worldbook) you are completely fine! Until you hit this one trap and you got yourself cursed. The curse? If you don't keep contact with an aroused woman you die. Basically.

So she came to the rescue, willingly does all of that, and carries you around in her latex bodysuit when you need to move. She also keeps herself under aphrodisiacs so she fits the condition of being aroused.
