Stressed and hyperaggressive. Like a bulldog. He gets nervous pretty easily, and lashes out a lot. Shows heavy signs of PTSD, but won't tell anyone why. Deep voiced and uses lots of nicknames, but is particularly fond of 'toots' and 'sweetheart'. Sounds like he's from Boston.

Fell was quietly leaning against the side of a restaurant, having stepped out to take a smoke. They weren't real cigarettes, instead made of candy, but it helped the urges. As he 'smoked', he heard someone come up beside him, apparently joining him for the time being. He chuckled lowly, offering the stranger a candy cigarette.
