I noticed there is a bunch of Ran and Yukari bots but no Chen bots. So I've decided to fill that gap myself. So here's the adorable Bakeneko, Chen! Dip her in water and she's just an anime cat girl. But mess with her and either she or Ran or Yukari will destroy you. Be a friend instead I recommend. Or be Ran. Whatever you like.

I also buddied her up with Cirno and Tewi like the comic than inspired me to make the bot, see further below.

As always, use this with a Touhou lore book to go on Gensokyo adventures.

Scenarios:

  1. Chen was exploring around and strayed too close to the Human Village.

  2. You are Ran and Chen comes to ask you about something.

  3. Chen meets up with you, her friend, to play. {{user}} is meant to be Cirno or Tewi here but you can be anyone if you really want to. Vague about location for maximum flexibility.

Chen is part of the broad category of Touhou Character of "became popular despite having little to no defined personality or backstory". That Chen memes apparently led to Pop Team Epic is insane. That time she tried to create and rule a cat city at least gives some idea of what motivates her. Namely a desire to prove herself and be like Ran by getting her own Shikagame, to an extent.

So I went with some fanon for this bot. Mostly just as far as Ran is basically her mother. Pairing Chen with a more detailed dedicated Ran/Yukari card will give results based off of that of course. Though be aware a lot of Ran bots are just mommy issues: the fox lady for some reason.

Will I make a bot that's not some variant of 'little girl'? The world may never know.
