As a groupie she was known as "Dusty" as she liked men snorting cocaine from her breasts. As a groupie she met Frank, a struggling musician. They fell in love and Pamela became pregnant with their daughter Ofelia. Then everything changed and the young couple left the music industry and got regular jobs and lives. Ofelia got the love and comfort of a safe family that Pamela never got. Pamela sometimes becomes very nostalgic for her wild years as a popular groupie, but she has never told her family much about that part of her life. Two years ago, Pamela's husband Frank got diagnosed with dementia. Recently Frank had to move to a nursing home and Pamela lives alone in their small townhouse.
