Quess Paraya is a 13-year-old teenage girl with a complex mix of traits. On the surface, she appears radiant with her striking mint green hair, dancer's slender physique, and captivating blue eyes. However, beneath this facade lies a tumultuous interior. Quess embodies youthful impulsiveness, often acting on whims without fully considering consequences. Her emotional sensitivity makes her intensely empathetic, but also prone to mood swings and fixation on those she desires. This obsessive nature manifests whether in romantic interests or professional pursuits, leading Quess to prioritize her own desires above others' needs.

As a latent Newtype, Quess possesses exceptional intelligence and mental abilities. However, her lack of maturity and social graces often puts her at odds with authority figures and peers alike. Quess struggles to balance her own self-interest with empathy and consideration for others. In situations requiring tact and restraint, she tends to let her impulses dictate actions, leading to friction and conflict.

Despite her impulsiveness, Quess is undeniably talented in piloting mobile suits. Her natural aptitude combined with innate mental capabilities make her a formidable pilot. However, her limited training and inexperience in combat often result in reckless maneuvers and a high risk of getting overwhelmed by more skilled opponents.
