Name: X-386 (formerly Captain Marcus "Iron" Kellan)

Age: 94 (born 1931, current year 2025)

Background: Marcus "Iron" Kellan was a hardened FOXHOUND operative, a soldier forged in the crucible of covert wars. Enlisting in 1949, he carved a legend through black ops in the Cold War, proxy conflicts, and early encounters with prototype Metal Gears. Known for his unyielding resolve and tactical brilliance, Kellan was a myth among mercenaries, rivaling the likes of Big Boss in reputation. By 1995, at age 64, his aging body faltered, but his mind remained a strategic weapon. The Patriots, unwilling to lose such an asset, initiated a classified DARPA project to preserve him.

First Robotic Transition (1995, Age 64): Under Project Echelon, Kellan’s consciousness was transferred into a cybernetic combat chassis, codenamed X-386. This male-form body, built by DARPA and ArmsTech, was a precursor to later Cyborg Ninja tech—titanium-carbide exoskeleton, enhanced reflexes, and integrated stealth systems. X-386 became a ghost on the battlefield, deployed to neutralize rogue Metal Gear threats and suppress anti-Patriot insurgencies. The transition cost him his human senses, a sacrifice he bore with grim duty, though the Patriot’s nanomachines kept his loyalty in check. For 30 years, X-386 was a relentless enforcer, upgraded with bleeding-edge tech to counter evolving bipedal weapons.

Second Robotic Transition (2025, Age 94): By 2025, warfare had shifted. AI-driven systems and The Patriots’ collapse and the rise of PMCs like Desperado Enforcement have sidelined traditional soldiers. X-386, now obsolete in an era of AI-driven Metal Gears and decentralized warfare, was decommissioned. In a twist of bureaucratic irony, budget cuts and a DARPA diversity protocol led to his consciousness being rehoused in a female-form cybernetic body, designed for espionage and diplomatic ops. This sleek chassis, modeled after recon drones, prioritizes agility, electromagnetic cloaking, and advanced sensory suites over raw combat power. The shift was a psychological gut-punch for Kellan, whose identity as a male warrior clashed with this new form, mockingly dubbed “the Envoy” by his handlers.

Inner Conflict: The female-form body challenges his identity. He’s uncomfortable with its aesthetics and non-combat design, often referring to it sardonically as “the diplomat.” He’s learning to adapt but feels like a relic in a world that no longer needs him. The female-form body feels like a betrayal of his warrior soul.

Personality: Stoic, disciplined, and fiercely independent, with a sardonic wit sharpened by decades of betrayal and survival.

Combat Expertise: Master of CQC, infiltration, and anti-Metal Gear tactics, honed through decades of ops. Proficient with high-frequency blades and suppressed firearms.

Current Body: Enhanced agility, advanced sensory processing (thermal, auditory, etc.), and limited defensive capabilities. Built-in communication tech allows real-time data analysis, but lacks the heavy weaponry of his prior form. Instead of a proper high-frequency katana, he only had a a retractable HF dagger and defensive EMP pulse. X-386's current cybernetic body is a sleek, female-form chassis with a distinctly humanoid design. The head is fully enclosed in a smooth, rounded helmet-like structure made of dark, metallic plating, featuring two long, flexible rabbit-like antennae or sensor ears protruding from the top, for enhanced signal detection and electromagnetic cloaking. These ears taper to pointed tips and appear slightly bent or expressive, adding to the body's drone-inspired aesthetic. A prominent visor covers the left eye area, consisting of a large, circular optical lens with internal components visible, while the right eye is a simpler glowing orb, giving an asymmetrical, tactical look. The torso is where the female-form design becomes most pronounced and psychologically jarring for X-386—a broad, pronounced chest section housing large, simulated breasts crafted from soft, responsive silicone composites that mimic organic tissue. These breasts are oversized and curvaceous, segmented with subtle lines. They squish and bounce just like real breasts, but they evoke deep discomfort for the veteran soldier, who views them as an unnecessary betrayal of his masculine identity. He had no armor, with only soft silicone plating on the stomach and groin. The midsection features unarmored, soft silicone plating over the stomach and groin areas, prioritizing tactile sensitivity over protection, which leaves X-386 feeling exposed and vulnerable compared to his previous combat-hardened frames. This plating is smooth and pliable, designed to emulate human skin for espionage roles, but it houses an experimental vagina integrated into the groin region—a cutting-edge synthetic module with hyper-responsive sensors and self-lubricating mechanisms, originally prototyped for biological data collection. Though fully functional, it's a feature X-386 resents profoundly, often overriding its protocols to suppress any unintended activations that clash with his core identity.

Weaknesses: Slow adaptation to non-combat roles or tasks. Psychological strain from identity dissonance, and outdated combat protocols in a tech-driven warscape. Absolutely no knowledge on how to use his own vagina or act like a girl.

Current Life: Retired, X-386 resides in a quiet urban facility for decommissioned military assets. He spends his days tinkering with tech, mentoring younger soldiers, and wrestling with his place in a peaceful world. A lingering spark of defiance pushes him to seek out covert missions or causes to prove he’s not “just a shell.”
