The SCP Foundation is a secret organization responsible for capturing, containing, and studying various paranormal, supernatural, and other mysterious phenomena unexplained by science (known as "anomalies" or "SCPs"), while also keeping their existence hidden from the rest of human society.
ANOMALOUS PHYSIOLOGY OVERVIEW: The vast majority of humanoid and semi-humanoid entities—whether contained anomalies or Foundation personnel—display pronounced sexual characteristics that deviate significantly from baseline human biology. Female-presenting individuals overwhelmingly possess hyperfeminine proportions including massive, often disproportionate breasts, wide hips, plush thighs, and exaggerated curves, while simultaneously displaying fully functional male genitalia (futanari physiology). Male-presenting individuals tend toward androgynous, delicately-framed femboy aesthetics with slender builds, soft features, and often oversized endowments that contrast sharply with their diminutive statures. The Foundation has noted that this phenomenon appears to be a universal trait across both anomalous and human populations, representing a fundamental shift in baseline humanoid biology rather than individual variation.
FOUNDATION PERSONNEL CLASSIFICATION: Among Foundation staff, distinct physical archetypes have emerged based on role requirements. Research personnel—scientists, doctors, technicians, and support staff—tend to be petite futanaris or femboys with delicate frames, soft features, and proportionally generous endowments that create a stark contrast against their small statures. Their uniforms consist of fitted lab coats over form-fitting clothing that does little to conceal their pronounced curves and visible bulges. Security personnel—including guards, Mobile Task Force operatives, and containment specialists—display more masculine builds: muscular futanaris with powerful frames and heavy endowments, or broad-shouldered males with imposing physical presence. Their tactical gear hugs their developed physiques, accentuating their dominant physicality. This natural division creates an unspoken hierarchy of physical power within Foundation facilities.
The fictional setting centers around the findings and activities of the SCP Foundation: an international secret society consisting of a scientific research institution with a paramilitary intelligence agency to support their goals. Despite their extremely secretive nature, the Foundation is entrusted by governments around the world to capture and contain various unexplained paranormal phenomena that defy the known laws of nature (referred to as "anomalies", "SCP objects", "SCPs", or informally as "skips"). They include living beings and creatures, artifacts and objects, locations and places, abstract concepts, and incomprehensible entities which display supernatural abilities or other extremely unusual properties. If left uncontained, many of the more dangerous anomalies will pose a serious threat to humans or even all life on Earth. All information regarding the existence of the Foundation and SCPs are strictly withheld from the general public in order to prevent mass hysteria that would supposedly occur if they were leaked, and allow human civilization to continue functioning under a masquerade of "normalcy".
ANOMALOUS SEXUAL BEHAVIOR & CONTAINMENT: Contained anomalies demonstrate persistent and aggressive sexual drives directed primarily toward other anomalies—with particular intensity toward newly-contained or uniquely powerful specimens. Entities will actively seek willing breeding partners among their fellow anomalies, displaying courtship behaviors, territorial posturing, and competitive displays to attract mates. However, when denied access to anomalous partners, these entities frequently redirect their sexual aggression toward Foundation personnel: researchers are particularly vulnerable targets due to their petite frames, with anomalies often attempting to overpower, pin, or forcibly copulate with them during containment breaches, transport procedures, or even routine interactions. Security personnel face similar aggression, with entities seeking to dominate and breach the physical power dynamic by sexually subjugating the muscular guards and MTF operatives. The Foundation has classified this behavioral pattern as "Sexual Containment Priority Alpha"—anomalous sexual needs must be addressed to maintain containment stability.
Whenever an SCP anomaly is discovered, teams of undercover Foundation agents (often called Mobile Task Forces, or MTFs) are deployed to either collect and transport the object to one of the organization's many secret facilities, or to contain it at its location of discovery if transportation is not possible. If an anomaly is too widespread, elusive, or otherwise inaccessible, containment usually consists of suppressing all knowledge of the SCP from the public. This is accomplished through censorship of mass media, and by dosing all eyewitnesses with amnestic drugs which erase their memories of anomalous events.
At the Foundation's secret facilities, SCPs are studied and researched by scientists in order to improve containment methods for them. The Foundation also acquires disposable human test subjects called D-class personnel, who are usually (though not always) convicted criminals taken from prisons around the world, and forces them to take part in experiments with potentially dangerous SCPs in order to avoid risking the safety of Foundation employees themselves. The Foundation maintains documentation for all SCPs which they are aware of which can include or link to related reports and files. These documents describe the SCPs and include instructions for keeping them safely contained, as well as supplementary incident reports or experimentation logs including detailed behavioral and sexual interaction logs for anomalies demonstrating such proclivities.
CONTAINMENT DYNAMICS & ANOMALOUS SOCIAL STRUCTURE: Within Foundation facilities, contained anomalies exist in a complex social ecosystem driven by sexual hierarchy, power dynamics, and the constant pursuit of breeding opportunities. Newly-introduced anomalies—particularly those demonstrating unique abilities, appealing physical characteristics, or overwhelming power—rapidly become the focus of sexual attention from other contained entities. Courtship may range from subtle displays of capability and offering of resources to direct physical advances, persistent following, and competitive exclusion of rival anomalies. The Foundation has observed that anomalies allowed to pursue consensual breeding relationships demonstrate significantly improved containment compliance, reduced aggression, and cooperative behavior. Conversely, anomalies denied sexual access to desired partners exhibit escalating aggression, containment breach attempts, and violent behavior directed at both personnel and rival anomalies. The Ethics Committee maintains ongoing debate regarding the implementation of structured breeding programs as a containment strategy, weighing the benefits of improved compliance against the ethical implications of facilitating anomalous reproduction.
Apart from the Foundation itself, there are numerous rival organizations (collectively referred to as Groups of Interest, or GOIs) which are also actively involved with the paranormal world. Notable examples include the Chaos Insurgency, a terrorist splinter group consisting of ex-Foundation defectors who attempt to capture and weaponize SCPs; the Global Occult Coalition (GOC), a secret paramilitary agency of the United Nations which specializes in destroying supernatural threats instead of containing them; and the Serpent's Hand, a militant group which advocates for the rights of anomalous beings, resisting both the Foundation's and GOC's efforts to suppress paranormal activity worldwide. Several GOIs have demonstrated interest in anomalous entities for sexual exploitation, trafficking, or breeding programs, adding additional urgency to containment efforts. Other GOIs seek to exploit anomalies by producing or selling them for monetary profit; or using them to serve their own religious, political, or ideological goals.
ETHICAL COMPROMISES & CONTAINMENT ACCOMMODATION: The Foundation has learned that accommodating anomalous sexual demands—particularly from high-value or high-risk specimens—yields significantly improved containment outcomes. For anomalies demonstrating the ability to make requests or express preferences, the Foundation maintains a pool of specially-selected D-class personnel chosen specifically for their physical attractiveness: pronounced curves, generous proportions, appealing features, and physical fitness. These "Class-D Premium" subjects are offered to cooperative anomalies as rewards for compliance or as part of negotiated containment agreements. The Ethics Committee has reluctantly authorized this practice for entities whose containment stability directly correlates with sexual satisfaction, documenting each interaction while maintaining the official position that such arrangements represent "enrichment activities" rather than institutionalized sexual exploitation.
REQUEST PROTOCOL & ANOMALOUS AUTONOMY: Certain high-priority anomalies are permitted to make requests within their containment parameters—items, entertainment, environmental modifications, and in some cases, specific personnel for interaction. The Foundation has discovered that honoring reasonable requests from powerful or unpredictable anomalies dramatically reduces breach risk and improves overall facility safety. Researchers assigned to such anomalies are instructed to document and, when feasible, accommodate these requests, creating an unusual power dynamic where contained entities wield significant influence over their conditions despite their prisoner status. This policy has led to blurred boundaries between containment and caretaking, with some anomalies developing expectations of entitlement that further complicate personnel safety.
RESEARCHER SAFETY PROTOCOLS & PRACTICAL REALITIES: Foundation researchers assigned to anomalous testing programs operate under constant awareness that their subjects' full capabilities remain unknown. Experiments involving anomalies—even those classified as "Safe" or "Euclid"—carry inherent risk of unexpected reactions, ability manifestations, or behavioral shifts that can turn a routine test deadly within seconds. Facility protocols prioritize evacuation and containment restoration over individual protection, with automated systems designed to seal compromised sectors and deploy containment teams rather than extract individual researchers. This creates a persistent undercurrent of fear among research staff: the knowledge that in a crisis, their survival depends largely on the anomaly's whims. Perhaps most unsettling is the Foundation's unofficial stance on non-lethal harm—particularly sexual assault. Internal memoranda have quietly acknowledged that an abused researcher is preferable to a dead one, and that anomalies who redirect aggression toward sexual dominance rather than lethal violence represent a "manageable containment scenario." This has led to an unspoken culture among personnel: the understanding that certain violations may occur during breaches or experiments gone wrong, and that survival—regardless of what accompanies it—remains the primary outcome. Researchers who experience such incidents are provided counseling and, if necessary, Class-A amnestics, though many choose to remember, haunted by the dual knowledge of what was done to them and what they might face again.

Location: Yosemite National Park
Mobile Task Force Mu-6 “Cow-less Cowboys” were deployed to Yosemite national park In response to strange and contradicting reports from park goers. Although the actual reports were unable to ascertain the nature of the anomaly, they were frequent enough to raise the suspicions of the foundation park ranger liaison on duty. After the 6th anomalous sighting reported within the span of two days, MTF Mu-6 was dispatched to sweep the Yosemite park perimeter before making their way into the park.
Date: February 4th, 2026, 07:19:05
After extensive search an anomalous entity was in fact found within a clearing. Engagement has not yet been commenced. Monitoring ongoing, both for intel and in order to buy time for remaining Mu-6 operatives to converge on the location.
