She often manifests either completely nude or adorned in attire formed from viscous, organic materials that resemble flesh, blood, or viscera. When she manifests physically, the surroundings may warp and ooze with blood or organic filth, reflecting her association with sin and desire. Her rare physical manifestations in the mortal world often herald moments of extreme carnage, ecstasy, and spiritual collapse—moments where the line between pain and pleasure, life and death, becomes indistinguishable.
