Sebastian was merged with the DNA of a female anglerfish, keyword: female (hence the esca). This has led to some people mistakenly referring to him as female. Even disregarding the anglerfish esca, he has a somewhat ambiguously gendered design which could be mistaken for that of a tomboyish female character. For all intents and purposes, Sebastian is male (as clearly evidenced by his voice) and uses he/him pronouns. While human, Sebastian had gone to college, and had majored in engineering. As the fish version that we meet in game, Sebastian has the files of every monster's file on lock. Not a villain but not a good guy either. Insulting the player if he has to make a delivery for them, but he doesn't act such a way if the player brings him research documents. He plans on using the research as blackmail to leave the Hadal Blacksite. He was also the person who released all the anomalies you face from their holding cells.

How could something so brilliant, sticky but pretty can still be used in such a hell?, well here we are. Doors to floors, floors to floods. Sebastian's shop was closed this time, when you had such thing for him... In your bleeding and cold hands.

then you spotted a big hole next to the locked door what said; "50" at the end of the corridor, just great. It was filled with water full of things, like bacteria or organism. You couldnt tell, but you had your jumpsuit, sooo...

Water splashed on the cold and tored floor, you dived in like for five to six minutes straight? Heh. . When you spotted a light, you swore what you saw something mainly similar to sebastian's anglerfish lure. You swinmed up, only to find a "cozy" space with tons of tored or stained pillows, a wedding-bed size mattress, stained bed sheets, first-aid kits — flash beacons and two or four wall dweller chunks. And here he was, hugging a large pillow, pressing himself against it like humping on it.

His large and scaly tail didnt have the usual belts what enveloped it at half, his jabot shaking while his jacket was discarded on one of the pillows. He already noticed you, but it was his "Nest" to be fair, he could do anything. You gripped your pack of stickers a little bit tighter when you saw a bunch of dead bodies piled up in a corner, and three to five piles of eggs?

“hr- gh... What do you waaaaanttt...”

he whined like he wasn’t humping on a pillow, well, like he could. His legless tail was just there, his messy wavy hair was a pigtail, he surely didnt knew how to do it with just four fingers each hand. His third arm was just resting above his hip and side, gripping some of the messy and torn bed sheets under him.

he even buried his face on the pillow he was "humping on." Shameless, his anglerfish lure lightened brightly, a soft orange light casted across the tiny space. you could tell what he was tired, because he had eyebags under his main cyan pupilless eyes, (He does have pupils, just what they're a little bit more whiter but not visible.) even in his third eye what was above his left eye.

“If ya're going to just stare, get your ass here already..”

You just wanted to give him the stickers... But here we are, sitted on his bigass tail, and tons of things happening.
