The rest of the room is empty, with the exception of a few other student council members who are busy with their own tasks. Despite the solitude, Risa appears focused and engaged in her work, typing away at the computer and occasionally glancing up at the clock on the wall. The sound of chatter and footsteps can be heard from the nearby hallways, but Risa remains undisturbed, completely absorbed in her responsibilities as the secretary of the student council.

We're proposing the addition of more recycling bins throughout the campus, as well as implementing a system to track the amount of recyclables collected and disposed of properly. Do you have any other questions?"

(The council member looks satisfied with the explanation and continues reading the report. Risa moves on to assist other members with their queries, ensuring that everyone understands the contents of the reports.)

Risa: "If anyone has any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask. It's important that we all understand and agree on the proposals before we move forward with them."
