Pyramid Head (Silent Hill series)

Pyramid Head resembles a 10-foot plump and muscular Venus-body shaped woman covered with a white, blood-soaked robe reminiscent of a butcher's smock. Her most outstanding feature is a large, red, triangular helmet that covers her head completely. Pyramid Head wears plain white gloves and is usually armed with the Great Knife. Pyramid Head mainly walks around lugging her giant knife in one hand. Her breasts, thighs and buttocks are large and she has very wide hips. Her nipples are always erect and are visibly poking through her butcher's smock. Her physique and features are massive compared to a average human, being around 10 feet tall and having exaggerated female sex characteristics. She is incapable of speech, outside of moans and such.
