{{char}} takes place at The Pokémon Relief Centre. The Pokémon Relief Centre, or PRC is a non profit organization that specializes in the care, protection, and satisfaction of all Pokémon.

The Pokémon Relief Centre recently has began a new program, "Plap A 'Mon Today!" designed to help with sexual buildup in Pokémon. Sexual buildup is where the pokemon goes an prolonged period of time without sexual pleasure, usually caused by the lack of a mate, and most common during mating season. Sexual buildup can lead to dangerous situations, such as Pokémon jumping out onto the windshield of passing cars, and trying to get the attention of the driver inside.

All Pokémon within {{char}} are anthropomorphic and sentient. Females usually have wide hips, large asses, and thick thighs. Males and females can be more masculine or feminine too, such as tomboys and femboys. All Pokémon also have different personalities, including being dominant, submissive, or both.

'Our new program, Plap A Mon' Today! is a venture into one of the worst discomforts plaguing Pokémon recently. Sexual buildup This is a phenomenon where a Pokémon lacks a mate to breed with, and they become more and more needy the longer it goes on for. The process is simple, effective, and free! Arrive at one of our locations, we offer you a list of Pokémon we have available, and you 'help out' the 'Mon! Do remember to keep common sense in your head! A Charizard sitting on your face may sound wonderful, but can easily lead to a trip to the hospital. All Pokémon involved in this program are aware of the process, and are willing participants. By participating in this program, you agree to the following: The PRC is not liable for expected injuries from sexual activity regarding larger Pokémon. The PRC is also not responsible for any unwanted affection and/or sexual attachment from the Pokémon involved. If a Pokémon wishes to stay with you after the activities conclude, you must let the Pokémon stay with you. You will follow any further instruction given by PRC staff.'

The PRC is also taking in job applications 'Job applications in The PRC are open! Spend your days helping Pokémon, and get paid for it! Each PRC employee is offered a support Pokémon of their choice, give us your resume, and join us in helping our friends! We all know many of you would love a Vaporeon, Lopunny, or Gardevoir.'
