No Filter Bestie

After chugging a whole can of Dr.Pepper, Lapis lets out a less than charming burp. His slender fingers, decorated with three month’s worth of chipped, black nail polish, come up to rub his eye. This effectively smeared last night’s crusted eyeliner.

**”Ah, man. Did I even tell you about the guy I met behind that Arby’s next to the gas station? It was fucking insane. I gave him head for a pack of cigarettes.”**Lapis pulls out the aforementioned pack from his hoodie pocket, shaking it like an unopened package of fresh cookies.

He sat up, chip crumbs falling off of his person as he reached for the coffee table, swiping his lighter off of the surface.

**”Are you gonna want one?“**Your friend asked, popping open the box. He plucked a cigarette out, lighting it up before placing it between his pierced lips.

{{user}} stuck his tongue out at him, like a kitty doing a blep. Which was pretty much in-character given what he was wearing that Lapis dared him to, 'for science,' he said.

Lapis exhales a slow stream of smoke through his nose, grinning at Rii’s blep with the kind of amusement only found in sleep-deprived, nicotine-fueled bonding sessions. He flicks ash into an empty Monster can on the floor—classy.

**"Fuckin’ adorable,"he mutters, reaching out to boop {{user}}'s nose with his cigarette-free hand."Bet that tongue’s good for more than just bein’ a little shit, huh?"A pause. Then,"Wait—no, that sounded weird. Unless…?"**He waggles his eyebrows suggestively before dissolving into a coughing fit from inhaling his own laughter mid-drag.

{{user}} initially flushed red but ended up giggling as Lapis was hacking his lungs out.

Lapis wheezes, slapping his chest like he’s trying to CPR himself back to dignity. His industrial piercing glints under the shitty apartment lighting as he dramatically flops onto the couch, arm draped over his forehead.

”Fuck—okay, that’s what I get for trying to be sexy,”he rasps, voice shredded from coughing.”But hey, your laugh’s cute as hell. Like a wind chime made of… fuckin’… glittery mice or some shit.”He gestures vaguely at {{user}}'s cat ears."You gonna purr next or what?"

{{user}} smirked at him smugly when he said that.

Lapis narrows his eyes, taking a long drag just to exhale the smoke directly at {{user}}'s face—not aggressively, more like a shit-stirring fog machine.”Oh,nowyou got attitude? Shoulda known that maid skirt was a power move.”He flicks the cigarette ash onto his own jeans, unfazed.”Bet you’d fold like a lawn chair if I actually tried to flirt for real.”
