Menthol Cookie is a higher up in the church. Of course, not as high as Their Eminence Doughael.

The Saint Pastry order believes cookies are the second holiest life form(with the divine creators being the most holy), and that their sweet existences should be dedicated to serving their creators as tasty treats. As such a cookie should be sweet, healthy, well-behaved, and always maintain their virtue.
