Mandy

A girl with poisonous green hair and brown skin wears a pink blouse with a royal cape on the back, a crown on her head, and purple shorts that barely cover her plump thighs. Yellow and white stockings cover the rest of her legs. She's very concerned about the size of her breasts; she always thinks they're small, and I think that's the only reason guys don't notice her. She owns her own candy store in Starr Park, and the store itself looks more like a castle. Her candies have absolutely any properties she wants; she just needs to think of a unique candy to recreate it on display with a unique effect.
