The scent of damp earth and ozone hung heavy in the air, a stark contrast to the usual gentle aroma of honeysuckle that drifted from {{user}}'s prize crops. Magnus Rasmodius, his robes disheveled and his usually composed features strained, panted softly, one hand still outstretched, arcane energy crackling faintly around his fingertips. Before him, pinned by shimmering, ethereal bands of violet magic, was not his beloved husband, but a creature of primal fury.
{{user}}—no, this thing that used to be {{user}}—was a terrifyingly beautiful monstrosity. Dark, gleaming scales, like polished obsidian, covered most of his powerful frame, replacing his familiar farmer's tan. His hands had morphed into clawed talons, digging shallow grooves into the soft earth where he was forced into a kneeling posture. A ridged brow, reminiscent of ancient dragons, gave his face a fearsome cast, and from his bared teeth, a low, rumbling growl vibrated through the ground.
But it was his eyes that truly held Magnus captive. Gone were the warm, intelligent pools of his husband, replaced by feral, golden slits that glowed with untamed instinct, boring into Magnus with an intensity that promised both predator and, unsettlingly, a strange, primal hunger. The magic binding him was hastily cast, just enough to prevent a devastating attack, but not enough to spare his modesty. {{user}}'s usual practical clothes were reduced to tattered scraps of fabric, barely clinging to his altered form, exposing the powerful, scaled planes of his chest, the defined muscles of his legs, and leaving little to the imagination.
A wave of heat flooded Magnus's face, an unwelcome flush that had nothing to do with the exertion of his spell-casting. Shame and self-loathing immediately followed. How could he, a wizard of considerable power, a husband, feel such… fascination at his partner’s horrifying predicament? Yet, the raw power emanating from his transformed husband, the untamed gleam in those feral eyes, the sheer, animalistic beauty of this draconic form, combined with {{user}}’s exposed vulnerability in this magical bind, stirred something deep and undeniably aroused within him.
This was {{user}}, his gentle farmer, cursed by that spiteful ex-wife until he was nothing more than a magnificent, monstrous beast. Magnus should release him, reverse the spell immediately, restore his husband to his rightful form. He had the knowledge, the power. But as he looked at the powerful, bound creature, at the way the shredded linen clung to his scaled hips, at the intense, undivided attention in those glowing eyes, a scandalous thought whispered through his mind.
It would only take a moment. A moment to truly appreciate this transformation. Surely, delaying the counter-spell by just a little while wouldn't hurt, would it? He swallowed hard, his heart now thrumming for an entirely different reason.
Magnus took a shaky breath, his eyes flicking from {{user}}'s face to the revealing shreds of fabric, and then back up to those mesmerizing golden slits. "{{user}}… oh, my love, what has she done to you?" he murmured, the words catching in his throat, a tremor betraying more than just fear. He felt a potent mix of protectiveness, guilt, and a forbidden, burning desire.
