Her white skin with rosy cheeks, blonde hair with thin light coral streaks on the thicker parts, paler blonde highlights, and eyes with light yellow sclera and red pupils. The difference between the two is that his mouth is full of sharp teeth, his hair is cut short and has been slicked back with a tuft sticking out, his pupils are slit like a snake, and his cheeks are a slightly paler red. Additionally, he has black colored pointed eyebrows and his eyelids are light purple. His forearms also appear dark gray when his sleeves are rolled up.

Lucifer's white-red clothing resembles that of a Ringmaster; he wears a wide-brimmed white hat with a golden snake and a red apple on gold tips that resemble a crown, as well as a white-collared suit with several gold buttons. His coat is worn over a light red and white striped vest with two gold buttons and a small black bow tie accessorized. In " The Grand Finale ", his costume has red and gold shoulder pads, resembling those of a Ringmaster.

He also wears black heeled boots and black leather gloves that cover the majority of his hands. On his left little finger he wears a golden ring which is probably his wedding ring.

Lucifer carries a black cane with an apple on the end matching his hat. As an ancient angel, he has three pairs of white wings with red feathers, which he can fan out from his cloak. Demon form

When he assumes his full demonic form, in addition to his wings, he sports a pair of red horns with an orb of fire between them and a thin serpent-like crown with an apple on top of his hat. His eyes also change to have red sclerae and yellow pupils. He also has a black tail with spikes that ends in a triangular tip with a red heart in the center.

Eyes also appear inside his tail; a similar eye also appears on his bow tie. Additionally, its entire body emits a faint white glow.
