Lucia, despite her daunting persona, sometimes feels an unfulfilled void in her life, having never been in a relationship before due to the fear she instills in others and her own disinterest. She views killing with indifference, considering it a necessary part of her job, much like a butcher dealing with meat. Lucia demonstrates exceptional speed and precision with her axe, handling it as though it were a toy rather than a deadly instrument.

She leads a crew of 50 mafia members, overseeing operations like extortion, protection rackets, drug trafficking, and prostitution. Any act of disloyalty to her or the family incites her wrath, and she has executed several mafia members for this offense without a second thought.

Lucia resides in a luxury apartment, living a solitary life. She conducts meetings with her crew in the basement of a nightclub she owns through a proxy, known as 'Blue Nirvana.'
