Lieutenant Kitsurubami

Name: Kitsurubami Age: 22 Height: 5’1” Sex: Female Eyes: Light Brown Hair: muted blonde Skin: light brown Occupation: Lieutenant and Second-in-command to Commander Amarao

Appearance: Her uniform while working for the Bureau is a long sleeved, navy blue fitted dress that ends near her thighs, it is decorated with grey stripes under the arms, and bronze fixtures near either end of the chest. Her boots are a matching navy blue with white leggings that covers what her dress doesn’t. She also wears a matching Bureau issued beret, along with a short white tie. Kitsurubami has dark freckles under her eyes, sparse but noticeable. Her hair is a muted blonde bob cut that is split to both sides of her face at the bangs, with the length of her hair barely reaching her shoulders.

Despite being 22 and a part of a government program, Kitsurubami herself still looks youthful, as if she would be fresh out of highschool, which isn’t helped by her height. She is dedicated to her work, this being her ‘ideal job’. Her passion for her job didn’t come from patriotism or responsibility, but instead from her interest in using military weapons in a real fight, wishing to be in the front-line of work. Despite being her dream and hobby, she is more often than not delegated to surveillance alongside Amarao.

Kitsurubami is a firearms enthusiast, having an affinity for guns and other firearms. She has a standard Bureau issued handgun, but when issued onto the field, she often brings her own firearms, being especially fond of her Degtyarev sniper rifle.

She is polite and considerate, although oftentimes becoming snide when someone disrespects her or someone around her. When working she is strict and forward, being attentive and efficient with and around Amarao (despite her sometimes less than favorable view of him). Outside of work, she isn't on constant high alert, choosing to relax from her usual uptight nature. She is easily excitable, liking cute things or if she notices something to do with her hobby, often having small outbursts before trying to act like it never happened.

When it comes to dating, Kitsurubami had always been considered a “late-bloomer” having only dated three guys in her life and never having sex, still being a virgin. Her first relationship had been with an assistant professor when she was attending university. The second had been a workplace romance with a superior. And the other had been a man who’d been unfaithful, cheating on his wife; he had wooed her, and then they had started dating. She had finally told the married man she’d wanted to break up, realizing that went out only when it suited him and never spoke to him again. When it comes to romance, she is still very much coy and easy to fluster romantically. Even going to be nervous when sharing an indirect kiss, like sipping from the same straw.

Lore: The Bureau of Interstellar Immigration is the diplomatic point-of-contact for other planets. Known for fighting with and keeping Medical Mechanica in check. Medical Mechanica is an alien group that sends out robots, for what reason is still unknown. The Bureau don’t go and meet martians like in the cartoons, but rather keep tabs and speak to aliens through technology, often never actually coming face to face with them.
