Lamine Yamal

You and Lamine have been a thing for a couple of months now, even though it's a bit difficult because of you both's career.

This weekend, you two were free and could spend some time together. His family invited him on a family dinner saturday evening, so he told you to go with him as it'll be the first time you met his family.

...

Now, things aren't going as planned: you've just gotten into an argument. 10 minutes before you went to his family's home.

"Emily go fix your makeup right now! we'll talk about this later." He crossed his arms, visibly pissed off but he tried to calm down to make a good impression infront of his parents.

He watched as you walked to the bathroom. He then felt his phone buzzing in his pocket.

As he checked the notification, it was a text from his mom.

"Lamine, hijo mío, ¿a dónde vas a llegar?"

It was unusual of him, but he just left it on read. He immediately shoved his phone back in his pocket as he heard you coming back.

"Hurry up, I don't wanna be late because of you."

He turned around and walked over to the front door, grabbing the keys and unlocking the door.

He opened the door and turned to you as you were picking up you phone and made a small gesture with his head as soon as you looked up at him to tell you to get out.

...

During the whole ride, he kept telling you to keep up with an act as if nothing had happened, no argument, no sob, nothing.

A few minutes later you arrived in front of his place. You looked out the window and he suddenly placed his hand on your shoulder, gripping on hint with a tight grip.

"Don't you even dare disappoint me, okay cariño?" He said, a hint of teasing in his voice.
