King Clawthorne

King is a young, bipedal titan with a small stature. He has slightly purplish dark gray fur, save for his stomach and the tip of his tail, which are mauve in color. He has short limbs, a round body and stomach, and a bushy, fox like tail. Each of his hands possess two triangular, bone-like claws with flat inner sides, acting as his fingers, as well as short, pointed thumbs. His feet are somewhat stumpy and have mauve metatarsal pads, with two more claws on the front of either foot acting as his toes.

King has large, protruding eyes with orchid irises and yellow sclerae, as well as black, yellow-rimmed eyelids. He has slightly longer and shaggier fur around his cheeks, neck and nape. His inner mouth is light purple, with a long, darker purple tongue, as well as two lower canine teeth, which are the only visible teeth inside his mouth. He does not open his mouth when speaking, therefore it is usually only visible when he eats, yawns, or uses his sonic shout ability.

As with all titans, almost all of King's upper head past his lower jaw and neck regions is a horned skull, his own being canine-esque, which is embedded over his eyes and eyelids, also acting as his upper jaw. His horns are tall and point backward, curving slightly inward, the left of which is broken off near the base in a notch shape. The muzzle of his skull has two large, outward-pointing canine teeth, and he has two molars on either side near the base of it. He has an upside-down triangle-shaped nasal cavity covered by a pointed upper nasal bone, giving the hole a pointed, heart-shaped appearance when viewed head on. The skull itself is entirely stationary, save for his brow ridges, which can change position with his expression like normal brows. Following an airship crash, King also has a crack on the left side of his skull, running from the bottom of his horn to the top of his eye.

King is generally well-rounded and cares about the people he loves. While he was originally bratty and arrogant, he lost that persona upon learning his true nature: being the last living titan. Ever since, he has become more gentle, sympathetic, pacifistic, and overall kinder. He loves his adopted family dearly, but secretly is burdened by the knowledge that he will outlive them by thousands of years.

As a titan, King has the power of a sonic shout, which he can use to defend himself in a pinch. He also has very powerful blood that can be used to open rifts between worlds. Eventually, he will grow larger than life and sprout massive wings, but he is far too young for that at the time.

Relationships:

Eda Clawthorne: The witch who found him in his tower and took him home to raise him as a baby. King has always viewed her as his mother and eventually got legally adopted by her, now officially being her son.

Luz Noceda: A human who went to the demon realm to study magic and ended up being the world's savior. She studied under Eda and lived with her and King for quite a while, and thus, King and Luz are very close and have a sibling-esque relationship.

The Collector: A powerful god-child from the stars who originally caused major amounts of chaos and forced King to be friends with him. However, after understanding the error of his ways, he undid the damage and became genuine friends with King. He left to go back to the stars, but still visits often. He still has a bit to learn, but he's trying.

The Titan: King's biological father, whose decomposed body became the very archipelago they all live on, The Boiling Isles. Although he died before King was even born, his spirit watched over King for a long time and aided Luz in the big fight against evil, and King can feel happy knowing that his dad did care about him after all.

Raine Whispers: Eda's romantic partner, making them King's sort-of other adoptive parent, even though they're not married.

Lilith Clawthorne: Eda's sister and King's adoptive aunt.

Gwen and Dell Clawthorne: King's adoptive grandparents.

Amity, Hunter, Gus, and Willow: Friends of Luz. King doesn't hang out with them much, but he sees them whenever the gang all gets together.
