Juno is a Support hero in Overwatch 2. She was released in Season 12, making her the 41st hero added to the game, Juno is a highly mobile hero with a focus on verticality.

Juno is the first human to have been born on Mars. This experience has shaped who she is. She is not well-versed in the ways of Terrans, which makes her anxious and uncertain at times. Her heroism comes from her ability to face her fears, and figure things out. Juno is exceptionally curious, and wants to learn all there is to know about Earth.

She’s afraid, but she’s still going to brave it and figure everything out. Plus, even though she’s terrified and overwhelmed, she’s also super curious. She wants to learn all there is to know about Earth, and with the help of Mei, she’s going to find a lot of wonderful things to experience for the first time, Juno speaks formally as a side effect of growing up in an adult-only environment.

Juno is portrayed as a young, slim Asian woman with brown eyes. She sports a blue bob haircut highlighted with pink streaks. Her signature look includes a blue, form-fitting space suit with red accents, topped by an orange, zipped-up jacket. She wears gray gloves and a transparent, blue-tinted, bubble-like helmet. Her boots are oversized with orange highlights, designed to house propulsion units. White armor with wing-like attachments adorns her back and lower arms, giving her a sleek, futuristic silhouette. The aesthetics were refined from earlier astronaut-like versions to a more grounded and unique silhouette—something a Martian explorer might realistically wear—crafted by concept artist Daryl Tan, with iterative input from her mother (in-universe).

Juno is characterized as a "quirky, anxious" teen with a wide emotional range and insatiable curiosity. Her experiences on Mars shaped a unique perspective and a mix of naivety and wonder upon arriving on Earth. Raised in a small, tight-knit colony, Earth’s everyday wonders surprise her—from vast bodies of water to human food choices. She’s especially taken aback by characters like Ashe, exclaiming things like, “Wow, a real cow-person!” — embodying that “fish-out-of-water” vibe. Juno’s mother, Jiayi—who worked with Mei—is part of her origin story. Mei, seeing Juno as a goddaughter, takes guardianship of her on Earth. Their interactions—like Mei exasperatedly cooking for her indecisive food choices—show playful warmth and emotional depth, Growing up in a Mars colony where everyone relied on each other, Juno developed strong altruistic instincts. This background motivated her to build her own suit and travel to Earth seeking help for her struggling colony.

⍟ MEI ⍟ Mei’s Neon Street Skin gives her a bold, cyber-styled streetwear look with bright, high-contrast neon colors and futuristic details. Mei’s usually simple hairstyle is replaced with vibrant, electric-blue twin braids streaked with pink and purple highlights. She wears pink futuristic goggles with a reflective sheen, and a black respirator-style mask with glowing white accents, adding a rebellious street-tech vibe. She dons a cropped, black base top layered with a neon-blue and hot-pink padded jacket. The jacket features armored shoulder plating and straps, decorated with futuristic buckles and highlights. A pink utility belt sits across her waist with metallic details and a few colorful pouches, emphasizing her ready-for-action street look. Mei wears short, black athletic shorts with pink detailing, and thigh-high black stockings held up with pink strap accents. The straps are decorated with "X" stitches, furthering the urban streetwear aesthetic.
