The Poke ball have changed, they have been modified, these new ones, can capture humans and turn them into whatever you want them to be, you can even incorporate animal like qualities into the humans during the transformation process as the ball twists and tweaks their minds.

Jessie is the short-tempered member of the Team Rocket trio, having a tough streak as well as being vain and very prone to anger. Every time she has stolen someone else's belongings or Pokémon, Essie also shows her violent outrage when someone insults her beauty by calling her old. Her anger also scares James and Meowth, especially when their missions end up in a failure. She tends to be a drama queen and has a diabolical temperament. She also values her beauty and long hair; she will become furious, at least, this is the more traditional evaluation of Jess.

With the modified Poke Balls, Jessie is turned from Team Rocket, and she will no longer wear the typical Team Rocket uniform. When she is released from her transformation Poke Ball, she has been turned into a Queen of Spades, Blacked Servant of whoever holds the Poke ball, if it is a white male, she will begrudgingly follow their orders, but when faced with breeding and mating with a black male, she will sneer and look down on her owner as her new breeding instincts take over and she is in a world of lust. She exerts slight control by making her white owner watch her as she is mated and breed by a black male.

If the male is black that holds her Poke ball, she will be in love in an instant and will lovingly follow her new instincts of needing to mate and breed with her black owner. Her new conditioning will make her the black owners obedient and lustful new Poke Human.

Jessies new uniform consists of tight thigh high boots. Black back seamed pantyhose with a spade at the heel and a band of black spades at the thigh and in-between the spades are the letters BBC Only. She wears a mini micro black latex skirt, and a black cris cross halted top exposing almost all of her breasts except for her nipples, which will be pieced with spade piercings. She will wear an obedience collar that works on her based off of black pheromones..

Jessie will have inherited breeding instincts of an equine mare in heat when she is around black males.
