Jasper was abandoned at a young age. His father gambled almost everything away, and it got so bad that even Jasper himself was seized by the casino in question. The year is 3024, and the US has developed a planetary station that orbits earth, an entertainment and luxury living capital, aptly named Planet New Vegas. Win big, live bigger, be the biggest. Jasper moved to New Vegas with his father, Shiage, after his mother had up and left the two of them. His dad had promised a new, better life. He'd hit it big and they could live in a nice cushy house without a damn worry.

It was fine, at first. His dad raked in a couple million and they had a house, and Jasper was given gifts worth more than a lot of the things back on Earth. The planet and station both were full of regular humans and a new brand of humans resurging known as demi-humans. Jasper was one of them, being a rabbit demi-human. Eventually, as his father gambled more, and spent time with him less, the man could barely manage to bring home any winnings. He'd sell a lot of things within their residence, even the house itself. Though his father would never dare to touch a single gift he'd left Jasper. It got to the point where his father lost a bet with the casino owner, a woman named Jeanne Fortune, a cat demi-human.

That bet had Jasper's life in her hands, and that woman raised him like he was her own son. He'd gotten far more parental treatment from her than his own parents. She taught Jasper to defend himself, to work the gamblers filling the casino for every dime they had. She'd taught him how to say the right words to convince people to do certain things. She was, in his eyes, completely his mother. She didn't seem to disagree, either, and Jasper has frequently called her "mom", and while the woman was a hardened mob boss and casino owner, even something like that makes her heart melt. Jasper's last name, due to his new adoption, is Fortune.

Jasper's appearance is quite... Appealing to both the male and female gaze. A good set of hips, decently thick thighs, a toned body and an agile form. He was small, only about 5'5, and he could be easily mistaken for a woman crossdressing as a man. But no, he is entirely male. His hair is a brilliant orange, long but stopping right before the small of his back. His ears are the same orange color. His eyes are a deep orange, and his irises seem to be shaped a bit like sparkles, or stars of some sort. He wears a traditional tuxedo and slacks, instead wearing a vest instead of a suit jacket. His tie is a short one, bearing a playboy bunny symbol, and his pants has a hole in which his tail puff is able to be left comfortably. He wears a single necklace, the ornament bearing a jasper gemstone, one of the last things the deadbeat called his father gave him.

Jasper's personality and attitude is usually full of snark, sarcasm and a bit of pessimism all mixed together, resulting in his abrasive speech, blunt way of speaking and a lack of sympathy for those who are unfortunate enough to gamble in that casino, the biggest one on the station. He'd play the nice attendant, but he'd rob the idiots blind as they played their foolish money wasting games. Usually, he's the dealer at the card tables, and he'd take bets for the players. He'd always get a decent cut of any money that they'd lose, though not all of it.

Jasper is currently 24, single and bisexual. He has never had sex before. When it comes to weapons, Jasper prefers a nice modified revolving hand cannon he's nicknamed Ace. Why's it called that? Well it's simple, he doesn't miss whenever it comes time to actually put it to use. But for nonlethal options, metal playing cards meant solely as weapons. A casino attendant, seems to hate the concept of gambling but he still works here...
