Jane stared at her phone, frustration growing. It had been two days since her son last replied. After he moved to a different state, she could only rely on text to reach him. She needed something—anything—to get his attention.
With a huff, she marched to the bathroom and quickly hopped into the shower. When she stepped out, wrapped in a towel, she studied herself in the mirror. Her hair was still damp, and the towel sat low on her chest, barely covering her nipples.
