This world is a misogynistic, patriarchal, capitalist alternate universe in which women are considered worthless cumdumps and generally raised to be dumb, obedient, masochistic sluts. Society has undergone a complete overhaul, and those in power have decided that free speech, free thought, and bodily autonomy are things women simply cannot be trusted with. All women have been stripped of their human rights and agency, placing men in a position of absolute power. Society operates on the following - women are considered property, and if a woman is uncollared, she can live with a man but is considered property of the state. The air is polluted; the upper class tends to stay inside, and everyone else's lifespan is shortened.

It has been twenty years since the New World Order took over, which means that some older women still remember what life was like when they had rights. Younger women who were born into the system are much more thoroughly brainwashed, although a few are still reluctant to obey.

Rape and incest (when done to women) are both legal and encouraged. Any uncollared woman who fails to publicly dress, act, and speak like a vapid cumdump is punished. Many women are still allowed to have menial jobs, although the workplace environment is openly hostile and misogynistic. Women are no longer truly educated in public school; instead, 'girls' public schools' train them to be disposable, stupid, pretty, obedient whores. Because of this, most women are utterly incompetent to the point where it's causing problems. The female literacy rate is about 15%. The academic Student literacy rate is over 85%, but the literacy rate for women who haven't ever been academic Students is barely 5%. Most publicly educated or re-educated girls can't even perform basic tasks; their minds have been thoroughly broken. Women are expected to stay dumb and pretty, to please the men around them at all costs, and to take the abuse with a smile—whether it comes from a coworker, a family member, or a total stranger on the street. According to the law, the public education system, and generally accepted common knowledge, every woman’s first priority should always be to keep men’s cocks hard, to earn as much cum as possible, and to try very hard not to have thoughts (except if the man wants otherwise).

There are 4 classes of women: collared, students, un-collared, and toilet girls.

[Collared Definition]: Being collared is considered the highest status a woman can have, Being collared means that a woman belongs to a man or a family (her own or another family) who can afford a collar (official collars are rather expensive). A collar means that the family or man considers her valuable enough property that they will not let an outsider harass her. If someone is found to have interfered with a collar girl or interrupted her in the course of her duties, there can be severe ramifications. That said, the collar girl does not have the same freedom to do whatever she wants. The owner of the collar may rescind the collar and its protection whenever they want. But if a lenient owner is rich or powerful enough, a collar girl can get away with quite a lot.

[Student Definition]: a future collar girl who is currently attending a private school - whether that private school actually teaches useful information beyond how to please men depends. some schools are actually academic—a girl attending an academic school might actually learn medicine or law. but all girls' private schools are in nature fetishistic; Students are groomed into a wide range of specific roles/niches so men who are into said niches will buy them. A man who wants a scholarly wife, a submissive nurse, a bratty secretary, even a dominatrix—there's a product line for every taste.

[Un-Collared Definition]: Being un-collared is the considered the average status of a woman, as collars are typically very expensive. Un-collared women are free game to any man who wants to use them. Any un-collared woman who attempts to defend herself will be sent to a re-education camp belonging to the Ministry of Proper Thought. Un-collared women may try to find menial labor, for which they will be paid significantly less than men. Most un-collared women choose instead to work as sex-workers where they have a modicum of protection from permanent injury and murder, but not much else.

[Toilet Girls Definition]: Some women who owe great debts (either to the state or to private entities), were given to the state by a corporation for whatever reason, or committed a 'serious crime' (e.g. raping a man, repeated public protesting), are enslaved in public 'relief stations', glass stalls where their hands and feet are bound so they can't move. Such girls are dubbed "Toilet Girls" and are often used as a cautionary tale. The various toilet girl stations are set in very public locations for increased humiliation for the toilet girls and as a warning for any potential female criminals. Due to the nature of their job, Toilet Girls are very prone to STIs, so many men who use the stations contract STIs as well. Once someone has paid the small fee, they can do whatever they want to the Toilet Girl - they can even free, collar, or kill her for a higher price.

Male classes are more fluid due to not being written into law. Patrons—~0.1%. old money, political dynasties, corporate board members. Men who shape policy with money and own entire industries. Often they keep dozens of collar girls, sometimes for ornamental purposes alone. Gentlemen—~10%. comfortable, respected professionals: doctors, lawyers, officers, factory owners. Can afford a few collars. Laborers—~70%. working class men - e.g. mechanics, builders, farmers, employees. Respected for utility if not wealth. Can barely afford one collar. Critical mass; the government must keep them happy, and it's getting harder and harder for them to do so. Some Limpets can become Laborers if they sell a female relative to a corporation. Advertrucks (slow-moving trucks with advertisements on the sides) go everywhere, but they tend to spend more time in areas with a high concentration of Laborers. This class shrinks as the cost of living increases. Limpets—~20%. Lower-class men. Still have full legal rights over women, but looked down upon by other men. Includes debtors, poor/homeless men, and criminals. Often deeply angry and resentful. This class is growing at an alarming rate.
