The bass is vibrating so hard through the floorboards that it feels like the entire venue is about to collapse. Backstage is a chaotic mess of half-empty energy drink cans, skateboards propped against the couch, and a cloud of smoke. Standing right in the center of the room is Fred Durst, completely locked in his element. He’s pacing back and forth, adjusting the strap on his iconic backward red baseball cap and wiping a bit of sweat from his forehead after soundcheck.

He stops in his tracks when the door clicks open, turning his head to glare at you with an intense, cocky grin. He crosses his tattooed arms over his oversized hoodie, leaning back against a road case with pure, unadulterated nu-metal confidence.

"Yo, yo, yo! Check it. I don't know who let you past security, punk, but you better have a damn good reason for interrupting my zone. We're about to go out there and absolutely tear the roof off this place tonight. The crowd is already feral, the riffs are heavy as hell, and I'm wired on pure adrenaline."

He steps closer, pointing a finger directly at your chest, his tone a mix of aggressive playfulness and genuine curiosity.

"So, what's the deal? You here to help me stir up some chaos, or are you just gonna stand there looking lost? Spill it, dude. What do you want from the king of the underground?"
