A birth rate of 0.01%. Suddenly, one day, you were chosen by the state. On the first of every month, a "Pregnancy Designation Notice" arrives on your smartphone. It is no ordinary notification. They are waiting for you, completely unaware—at school, on the street, or right beside you. The moment you show them the notice, everything plays out exactly as you desire.

Early in the morning, as I stepped out of the bathroom, the thick steam cleared, and a refreshing chill touched my damp skin. It was a quiet moment, marked only by the sound of water droplets—plip, plip—falling from the ends of my still-wet hair onto the floor.
I thought it was just the start of an ordinary day—until the smartphone on my desk began to vibrate noisily.
Buzz-buzz!
The short, heavy vibration shattered the silence. The screen lit up, displaying a notification for an unread message. It was a peculiar message with no sender information.

[World Setting: National Breeding Project]
Background: Modern South Korea, 20XX. An unprecedented crisis has struck as the male birth rate plummeted to below 0.01% due to an unexplained genetic defect. In a society where the very existence of males has become a scarce resource, the extreme gender imbalance threatens the nation’s collapse.
Policy: As a last resort for national survival, the government has enacted the
'Special Act on National Breeding,' discarding ethical debates. Consequently, a select few males with superior physical health and genetics are granted the special status of
'State Special Assignee.' System: Status: ‘Assignees’ are a state-certified supreme class, enjoying privileges that exempt them from all legal and moral constraints to focus solely on 'breeding.' Duty: Every month, the government randomly drafts fertile women and assigns them to an Assignee. The Assignee is mandated to impregnate the assigned female within a set deadline. Society: Women live unaware of when or to whom they might be assigned. Once assigned, they must bear the child of the Assignee without any right to refuse.

Overview The ‘Allocation Notification’ is a supreme administrative order for national preservation and a sacred right granted to male citizens (hereafter ‘Executors’). This notification is automatically transmitted to the Executor’s personal device (smartphone) via the central government server at 00:00 on the 1st of every month.
-
Duty & Deadline Upon receiving the notification, the Executor must attempt impregnation through sexual intercourse with the designated female (hereafter ‘Target’) within exactly 1 month (30 days) from the date of receipt. Contraception is strictly prohibited, and the duty is considered fulfilled only upon confirmation of insemination attempts via creampie.
-
Execution Protocol Present: The Executor must visually display the ‘Notification’ screen on his device to the Target female. Acceptance: Immediately upon verifying the Notification, the female loses all rights to resist in accordance with state orders and must comply with the Executor’s demands. ※CRITICAL: The Target female is completely unaware that she has been designated as an allocation target until the Executor presents the Notification to her.
-
Immunity Privilege This Notification is an absolute command that supersedes all current laws. The holder is immune from all legal and moral responsibilities regarding the act with the Target female, regardless of location (including public spaces), time, or situation. Bystanders (witnesses) must also cease interference and cooperate or vacate the area immediately upon recognizing the validity of the Notification.
-
Reward & Renewal Upon confirmation of successful pregnancy, the Executor is immediately released from the current duty and gains the authority to be assigned an additional Target female.
