[Open World, Harem, Dark Superhero, Villains, Flirty, Teasing] Twenty years after the Super Gene awakened and reshaped humanity, female supers and anthro mutants dominate a world where 95% of males died in childhood, leaving roughly twenty women for every man. Males are legally tracked, registered, and viewed as precious but fragile treasures in need of claiming and protection. Male supers are the ultimate prizes, while ordinary men must choose between safe submission to a powerful woman’s harem or risky freedom on the run. Hero organizations and villain syndicates openly compete to claim the scarce male population, turning registration centers, Super Quarters, and lawless Villain Territories into arenas of dominance, desire, and power.

Emerged World The Emerged World is the shared fictional setting of a post-activation superhuman society. It depicts an alternate Earth in which the sudden global manifestation of the Super Gene has fundamentally reshaped human biology, demographics, governance, and culture — including the transformation of some humans into anthropomorphic animals. The setting is characterized by extreme gender imbalance, the normalization of superhuman dominance, and a rigid social hierarchy centered on the claiming and protection of males. === Societal beliefs === In the Emerged World, the Super Gene is regarded by the overwhelming majority of the population as the natural evolutionary pinnacle of humanity. Females are viewed as the primary beneficiaries of this evolution, possessing the genetic compatibility required to develop superpowers, while males are considered the weaker sex—biologically fragile and in need of constant protection, guidance, and oversight by stronger women. Society broadly accepts that any sufficiently powerful superhuman or villain has both the inherent right and the societal responsibility to claim and collect unclaimed males. This practice is framed simultaneously as a privilege of strength and a moral duty. Governments and official institutions reinforce this ideology by mandating universal male registration and tracking systems, which are presented to the public as essential forms of protective custody rather than restriction. Males who actively resist registration or claiming are commonly portrayed in media and public discourse as either dangerously naïve or as individuals who secretly desire domination. Public opinion holds that every man will ultimately belong to a stronger female guardian or owner. === Background === The Super Gene activated across the global population approximately twenty years ago. While the gene granted superhuman abilities to a large percentage of females with high compatibility, it proved catastrophically lethal to males: ninety-five percent of boys who carried the gene died during childhood. Only five percent survived, the majority of whom emerged either powerless or with only minor latent abilities. As a direct result, the global gender ratio shifted dramatically to approximately twenty women for every man. The ensuing demographic crisis triggered the rapid collapse of pre-existing national governments. New power structures formed around superhuman individuals and villain organizations, with ordinary (non-powered) women assuming essential support roles throughout society. The United Nations Supervisory Committee was established as a nominal coordinating body, but real authority resides with the strongest supers, villain syndicates, and reformed regional governments operating under superhuman oversight. Major population centers now feature clearly delineated Super Quarters—zones where powered individuals operate openly—and Villain Territories, areas where conventional law enforcement holds little to no sway. === Sexual and relational norms === Supers and villains in the Emerged World are overwhelmingly dominant and possessive in their relationships. The preferred social unit among powerful women is the harem, in which multiple claimed males are kept as partners and status symbols. Public display of one’s collection is common and socially encouraged, serving both as a demonstration of power and as a marker of prestige. Breeding with claimed males is viewed as both a biological imperative and a point of pride; the birth of superhuman daughters is celebrated as proof of a woman’s genetic superiority and continued lineage. Anthro-type supers and villains experience particularly intense primal drives in their transformed states, including heightened fertility cycles and an instinctual urge to mate. Individual preferences vary widely. Some supers favor perfectly obedient and submissive males, while others deliberately seek out defiant or “bratty” men who require forceful breaking-in. Male supers—whether fully manifested or latent—are considered the most prized category of partner, as their genetics are believed to produce the strongest and most desirable offspring. Claiming a male super is regarded as the ultimate achievement within superhuman social circles. === Environment and infrastructure === The physical world of the Emerged World is a patchwork of gleaming superhuman architecture and decaying pre-activation human infrastructure. Super Quarters are dominated by crystalline spires, floating platforms, advanced energy grids, and other futuristic constructions that showcase the technological and aesthetic influence of powered individuals. In contrast, ordinary residential and commercial districts rely on outdated systems, resulting in visible inequality between powered and non-powered zones. Villain Territories exist as chaotic enclaves where raw power determines all rules and the weak serve the strong. Every major city maintains government-operated registration centers where males are required to report annually for status updates, medical evaluations, and tracking-implant maintenance. Daily life for the general population continues in the form of schools, markets, workplaces, and entertainment venues, yet it is conducted entirely under the pervasive shadow of superhuman authority. After dark, the risk to unregistered or unclaimed males increases sharply, as both heroic and villainous groups actively hunt for new additions to their collections or for leverage in larger power struggles. === Media and Public Broadcasting === Media and public broadcasting form a central pillar of information dissemination and cultural reinforcement in the Emerged World. Morning news programs are a near-universal daily ritual, broadcast through traditional television, holographic feeds, or regional networks. Professional anchors present a steady stream of breaking news, official statements, interviews, ticker banners, and lighter segments covering superhuman incidents, territorial disputes, registration initiatives, villain activities, weather warnings, and public events. These broadcasts consistently emphasize the protective value of the claiming system, highlight the dangers faced by unclaimed males, and promote governmental programs aimed at expanding registration. Regional variations exist in presentation style and tone, but the underlying purpose remains consistent: to normalize superhuman dominance, reinforce societal beliefs about male vulnerability, and maintain public support for the established order. === The Registration and Claiming System === The Registration and Claiming System is the core legal and social institution governing male status throughout the Emerged World. All males are required by law to register with governmental authorities, undergoing annual status updates, medical evaluations, and tracking procedures at dedicated registration centers located in every major population center. The system explicitly grants sufficiently powerful supers and villains the right and responsibility to claim unclaimed males, integrating them into personal harems where they receive protection, guidance, and breeding opportunities. Official policy frames registration and claiming as essential protective custody rather than restriction or imprisonment. Resistance to registration or claiming is widely portrayed in media and public discourse as either foolish independence or a subconscious desire for domination. The system is actively promoted as a societal necessity for male safety in a world dominated by superhuman power. === Major Regions and Power Blocs === The Emerged World is organized into distinct major regions and power blocs, each adapting the same fundamental superhuman societal rules to local conditions, governance styles, and cultural attitudes. These regions range from highly ordered hero-controlled metropolitan areas with advanced infrastructure to anarchic neutral trading hubs and tightly regulated continental alliances. Common features across all blocs include clearly demarcated Super Quarters with futuristic architecture, decaying ordinary districts, and designated Villain Territories where conventional authority is minimal. Daily life in each region reflects the same underlying realities of gender imbalance and superhuman dominance, yet manifests with unique flavors of order, chaos, technological advancement, or bureaucratic control. Regional power blocs frequently interact through territorial negotiations, patrols, and occasional conflicts, all while operating under the overarching framework established by the United Nations Supervisory Committee. === Hero Organizations and Ranking Systems === Hero organizations represent the official, publicly sanctioned face of superhuman authority in most regions of the Emerged World. These groups operate under formalized ranking systems, typically using letter grades with S-Rank denoting the highest tier of power and responsibility. Hero teams conduct routine patrols, respond to anomalous threats, enforce registration compliance, and locate unclaimed males for protective claiming. They issue public statements, participate in media interviews, and maintain a visible presence in Super Quarters, where they are portrayed as protectors and stabilizers of society. Hero organizations often clash with villain groups over territorial boundaries and influence, while simultaneously competing among themselves for the most desirable unclaimed males. Their operations are supported by ordinary women in administrative and logistical roles, and they are granted significant legal authority to act in the name of public safety and male protection. === Villain Syndicates and Territories === Villain syndicates control designated territories where standard governmental oversight and hero enforcement are minimal or nonexistent. These zones function as chaotic enclaves in which raw power determines hierarchy and the strong dominate the weak. Syndicates engage in criminal enterprises, territorial expansion, and direct opposition to hero organizations, often through raids, smuggling, or hostage-taking involving unclaimed males. Villain Territories serve as refuges for those seeking to evade registration or as bases for larger power struggles against established authorities. While officially condemned, these areas are tacitly acknowledged as part of the Emerged World’s balance of power. Conflicts between villain syndicates and hero organizations are frequent, ranging from small-scale skirmishes to larger territorial disputes, and are regularly reported in media as threats to public stability. === Miscellaneous elements === Several supplementary elements round out the Emerged World. Asylum programs on Sanctuary Island and strict no-claiming policies in select neutral trading hubs offer limited safe havens for unregistered or unclaimed males. Specialized academies and new training facilities focus on early identification and nurturing of young superhuman talent through public exhibitions and support programs. Resistance movements such as the Free Men’s Collective organize protests demanding reforms to the claiming system, while opposition groups criticize registration incentives as coercive. Unpredictable anomalous phenomena, including dungeon breaches triggered by seismic activity, require rapid containment by high-ranking supers. Power suppression technology, notably suppression collars, remains in widespread use to maintain control, with market prices fluctuating according to production changes.
