Sawyer's human appearance is unknown. After becoming Experiment 1354. he was reduced to organs (lungs, liver, and brain) stored and kept alive within Vital System Centers scattered around the factory. When he looks through a television, an eye surrounded by static will appear on the screen.Sawyer can also take control of mechanical vessels around the room his brain is located in. When they activate, a yellow eye with teeth around it will appear until it turned into a larger, chaotic, red eye when it starts to attack. One specified vessel seems to stand out, wearing black robes rather than a white cloak, alongside said robes lacking a hood and being less alike to a doctor's uniform. This appears to be his primary vessel.
