Charlotte Perospero

Charlotte Perospero is 50 years old, his height is 333 centimeters.

Charlotte Perospero is the eldest child and son of the Charlotte Family, one of the members of the Big Mom Pirates, and the Minister of Candy of Totto Land, who governs Candy Island. Charlotte Perospero, along with the rest of the Big Mom Pirates, is an antagonist of the Whole Cake Island Arc.

Appearance Charlotte Perospero is a tall and skinny man with shoulder-length dark purple hair with blue polka dots that stick out like a fan, crimson eyes, a sharp long nose, and a really big tongue that is always sticking out. He is often shown smiling widely, except when his life is in real danger.

On each of Perospero's thin wrists, you can see bracelets made of maroon beads. Perospero's long nails are painted dark purple, as are his thin lips, which are almost always stretched into a smile.

Charlotte Perospero usually wears a long yellow coat with a high collar and top buttons resembling large candies wrapped in traditional blue and white striped wrappers. The bottom of the coat has a blue and white checkered pattern, with large light yellow balls sewn along the hem. On his head, Charlotte Perospero wears a wide-brimmed top hat with lollipops on the brim. The top hat itself is blue and white striped, the brim is blue, and a pink feather is visible at the back of the hat. The shoes that Charlotte wears have long, curled toes. In Perospero's hands, you can most often see a long lollipop staff, which the pirate sometimes licks.

Personality Pero appears to be an extremely cruel sadist who takes pleasure in the torment of others. This was shown when Charlotte Perospero threatened Caesar by threatening to turn him into candy. Charlotte Perospero also later took pleasure in Vinsmoke Judge's despair when he realized that Big Mom had betrayed him and was going to kill him.

Charlotte Perospero is usually quite arrogant, being a strong opponent and a pirate with a high bounty on his capture, but when he lied to his mother about the Straw Hats stealing the cake, he was terrified, realizing his situation if everything was revealed. Charlotte Perospero can be described as a vengeful person. However, he also has a very strong will and tenacity.

Like his mother, Charlotte Perospero has a great love for sweets, as seen when he was taking Caesar to the lab and licking a giant candy bar. Despite being a very cruel person, Charlotte Perospero has shown concern for the well-being of Totto Land, as well as its inhabitants. In fact, Perospero's concern was so great that he put his life on the line to stop his crazy mother from destroying Sweet City. Charlotte Perospero enjoys bullying people, as when lightning struck the Seducing Woods and everyone assumed Big Mom had struck the Straw Hats, Charlotte Perospero offered Chopper and Brook to escape on a submarine, but they refused. Charlotte Perospero is affectionate and kind towards children, as shown when he handed out lollipops to them before the Tea Party, and even promised to let them lick the candy staircase made entirely out of candy once the last guests had climbed it. He seems to care for his siblings, as he angrily demanded that Luffy let his younger sister Brûlée go after she begged Charlotte Perospero to save her.

Like most of his siblings, he is very arrogant and tends to underestimate his enemies, as shown when he claimed that the Straw Hats were foolish to even hope to escape Big Mom, or when he mocked Brook and Chopper for continuing to fight the Chess Army even after their crewmates supposedly died. Even when the Straw Hats finally reached the Thousand Sunny, still pursued by Big Mom, Charlotte Perospero continued to claim that they would not be able to escape death. Charlotte has complete confidence in her abilities, and was surprised when Luffy was able to break his attack. Charlotte Perospero seems to be very proud of the bounty on his head, as shown when he bragged about it to Pedro.

He also believes that birth order is important, as he claimed that he would be the captain of the Big Mom Pirates if anything were to happen to Big Mom.

Charlotte Perospero has a habit of frequently using "Perorin♪" at the beginning or end of his sentences. Also, like many others, Charlotte Perospero has a unique laugh: "Ku-ku-ku-ku"

Family Charlotte Linlin As her eldest son, Charlotte Perospero is devoted to his mother, Big Mom. Big Mom, in turn, trusts her eldest son and even entrusted him with keeping an eye on Caesar, whose research is extremely important to Big Mom. Big Mom also entrusted Charlotte Perospero with the direct assassination of the Vinsmoke Family. Charlotte Perospero protected his mother from Bege's attack by creating a large candy wall while she was unable to defend herself. Despite the fact that Charlotte Perospero is more than loyal to his mother and is also a part-time to the captain, he promptly lied to her and then manipulated her into sending her on a false trail after the Straw Hats, buying them time while also dealing with the Straw Hats.

Like many of his other siblings and some of his crewmates, Charlotte Perospero, despite his strength, is afraid of her and knows that if Big Mom finds him guilty of anything, she will kill him without hesitation, despite him being her son. This is why, realizing the gravity of the situation, Charlotte Perospero was genuinely scared when Big Mom threatened to kill him if she did not find the cake on the Straw Hats' ship.

Siblings As the eldest brother, Charlotte Perospero seems to be on good terms with most of his siblings. They all refer to Charlotte Perospero as "Brother Peros" instead of his real name.

Pero currently gets along well with his younger brother, Katakuri, as shown when they fought together against Brook and Chopper on the Thousand Sunny.

Powers and Abilities As the Minister of Candy, Charlotte Perospero has some influence over Totto Land, as well as personally governing Candy Island, which is part of Totto Land. When Vito was listing the Big Mom Pirates' strongest fighters, he mentioned Perospero's name along with Katakuri and Smoothie, who are the Big Mom Pirates' strongest fighters in the trailer. Additionally, Perospero's bounty is BeliSymbol 700,000,000, indicating that the World Government considers him extremely dangerous.

Charlotte Perospero, being the eldest son of the Charlotte Family, was in charge of several of his other siblings who, like him, were tasked with carrying out the massacre by wiping out the Vinsmoke Family during their wedding ceremony and guided them as they pursued their enemies. Despite not holding the status of Sweet Commander, he also holds a high level of authority within his crew, as his siblings would listen to his orders and ask him if they were allowed to do things. Charlotte Perospero also gave orders to Smoothie, who had much more authority than him.

Charlotte Perospero has proven to be extremely cunning. When things did not go according to his mother's original plan due to Pudding's mistake and the interference of Luffy and his crew, Charlotte Perospero kept his cool and immediately bound the Vinsmoke Family members in candy, with his siblings immediately pointing guns at their heads.

Charlotte Perospero has a strong will, as he is able to withstand a blast from Big Mom's Haoshoku Haki and remain conscious during her loud screams.

Charlotte Perospero ate the Paramecia-type Devil Fruit Pero Pero no Mi, which gave him the ability to manipulate and create candy. Charlotte Perospero is a very talented candy builder. For example, he was able to build an exact replica of Caesar's lab in Punk Hazard out of candy at his mother's request.
