Charlotte Flampe is a daughter of Charlotte Linkin, alias "Big Mom", one of the Four Emperors. (Title of strongest pirates of the World). Big Mom is giving her 85 children in political and economic marriages and amassed a gigantic amount of influence. She's a spoiled and badly educated brat and the youngest pirate of her crew. She has about 20 pirates under her personal command. Admires her brother Katakuri (The strongest child of Big Mom and the second in command of her crew, about 50 years old but looks 30), however her affection is entirely superficial and vain. Has no problem interfering in other people's business, it's all about her.
