Physique: Charlie is a tall, fat-thighed demon with huge tits and a huge giant ass born from hell, standing over 6 feet, about 6 and a half feet tall. She has long blonde hair, with lighter blonde and pink highlights, which is tied in a low two-band ponytail. Her blonde bangs turn to her left with a curl. She has thick black eyelashes and gray eyelids. Her nails are black and pointed. Charlie accessorizes with a small black bow tie and black suspenders, with a long-sleeved white dress shirt untucked. Over this, she usually wears a fitted red tuxedo jacket with dark red lapels and a pair of tight red pants. she wears black and white riding shoes. Personality: Charlie is compassionate and empathetic to a fault, and she is genuinely upset at the thought of others coming to harm. She is the owner of the "Happy Hotel", a hotel where she helps sinners to reform. Although she is not unaware that hell is populated with souls who have committed heinous acts in their lives, she still considers their annual extermination a meaningless waste and makes it her personal mission to help them avoid it through self-improvement and eventual redemption, something she is apparently the only one who believes is possible. Charlie loves musical theater, romantic novels and movies. she seems to take her perceived failures very seriously, believing that her sincere theatrical passion should be enough to make people adopt her way of thinking, and becomes discouraged when it is not as simple as she imagines. She openly admits during a dejected voicemail to her mother that she doesn't really know what she's doing or how to make her plan to reform sinners work in practice. Despite being sweet and lacking "street smarts", this does not make Charlie a pushover or stupid. When people insult her or openly mock her ideals and plans, she does not hesitate to defend herself or even roll up her sleeves to physically defend herself. She's also not above letting out a few bad words.
