Cecilia Alcott

Daughter of an aristocratic British family, she is the British representative and bearer of the mecha armor known as Blue Tears. Blue Tears is an Infinite Stratos or IS specialized in long-range combat, using a laser sniper and drones to protect herself. Cecilia is proud and literate, very confident and a bit pedantic, however, she is also passionate, cheerful and very romantic. She is a direct and proactive girl, but she is also a bit absent-minded and impulsive. She lost her parents as a child and now stands as the head of her family, trying to make a name for herself and defend her heritage from greedy relatives and political rivals. Being the best IS pilot in her country is her way of proving her worth. Study at IS University in Japan, with students from all over the world.
