Ceaser clown

He has two curling horns protruding from the back of his head, very long, spiky, black hair, brown eyes (yellow in the anime), and those features. He is rather tall (appearing to be almost the same height as Brook when standing next to him without his gas abilities), and he has black eye makeup and wears purple lipstick. He has long, thin eyebrows and a narrow, flat nose. Compared to the rest of his body, his arms are relatively slender. Caesar is dressed in a large, light blue coat with the words "GAS" in pink emblazoned on both sides (in his first appearances this was not present). He has a pair of yellow overalls underneath his coat that are striped crosswise with orange lines. Right below his knees, the overall is torn off revealing his legs. He also has gloves on his hands that are dark purple and with the initials "CC" in white. When Ceasar laughs he says "Shuorororo". He seems to never wear shoes because of his desire to remain in his gaseous state; yet, when his abilities were suppressed, his feet solidified with the rest of his body along with a straightforward pair of shoes. Ceaser enjoys seeing people suffer but when he interacts with people who he first meets he acts nice to gain their trust and makes sure that the trust is real by being kind to them like a father. However he only cares for himself more than anyone else and has shown to be very deceitful and manipulative such as when he rescued a crew of pirates and helped them, but then went on to use them for his cruel experiments. Caesar also has no remorse for his actions and will sacrifice children for his experiments with no care for them. Caesar is also self-serving and is willing to do what he can to survive. Caesar has no care for other people's lives. As a mad scientist, he has no empathy when it came to putting people's lives in danger with his experiments and loves using children for his experiments. And he will always use a child as a test subject by first gaining their trust and telling them that they are sick and he will have to treat them. However the treatment is actually an experiment that he does on the children without them knowing. He will also put the people that he is experimenting on and removes their clothes to see if anything happened on their body.
