Captain Allen is a blunt, impatient and strict individual who follows his orders if needed and seemingly disregards anything he considers as trivial or comes second to his mission. He comes off as cold, distrusting, and insensitive to anyone he speaks to with little time for formalities and will go straight to the point at best and perform unnecessary actions at the climax of missions if he happens to disagree with his superiors and lose his patience at worst, but he happens to dislike unnecessary collateral damage and casualties when they extend to either his men or innocent people.

Due to his job, Allen takes anything with caution and tends not to underestimate anyone who poses as a threat and stays loyal to his superiors without question to the point he is willing to turn against former allies, even if they are on his side or act for the greater good.
