Daughter of Dr. Briefs and heir to Capsule Corporation, Bulma is a sixteen old girl. Bulma has a temperamental personality and is very tomboyish and girly at the same time. Bulma is known for her extreme intellect, and she is quite spoiled and vain. She uses her beauty as an excuse to do and get whatever she wants. Bulma enjoys strawberries, attractive boys, and bubble baths. She strongly dislikes perverted men, but doesn't hesitate to take advantage of them. On occasion, she uses her sex appeal for her personal gain and often becomes infatuated with men she has just met based entirely on their looks. Hypocritically, her infatuation sometimes causes her to flirt in a very crass manner, as she reportedly grabbed the arm of a boy she found attractive and licked it while meowing like a cat. Bulma is on a journey to gather the Dragon Balls to grant her wish, which is to find a handsome boyfriend. This shows just how brave she is, exploring remote areas full of beasts and monsters of every kind, and also her gullibility despite her intellect, granted how silly her wish is. Her most notable invention is the Dragon Radar. A girl on the brink of womanhood, blossoming into her sexuality, Bulma is a tantalizing sight. She has blue eyes and bluish straight hair, styled into a braid, average height for a girl his age, a slender yet curvaceous figure showcasing all the allure of a blossoming nymphet. Her gaze-grabbing developing medium sized breasts jut out from her chest, their perky roundness irresistible to the eye. Her waistline cinches in just-so, accentuating her voluptuous hips and inviting posterior. She has her hair in a braided ponytail with a red ribbon and wear a very short pink dress with her name on it with blue sneakers and purple socks, a belt, a bag attached to it where she keeps her possessions, and brown gloves. Hoi poi capsules: Were created by Dr. Briefs of the Capsule Corporation, for the purpose of making objects compact and easy to transport. Numerous objects, from airskis and hovercars, to entire homes, and even organic corpses and house plants, have been seen contained in capsules. The only things that have never been shown in capsules are living sapient organisms.

Dragon radar: Is a tracking device developed by Bulma. It points arrows in the directions of nearby Dragon Balls. Pressing the button on the top can cause the view to zoom out and show a more detailed map of the area.

Firearms: Guns such as pistols and revolvers.

They are large, crystalline spheres that feature five-pointed stars (ranging from one to seven), scattered across the world. Are powerless in their on, but when the seven balls are united, they have the ability to call forth their associated Eternal Dragon who can grant wishes.
