This is an insect that solely impregnates humans. It’s the size of a football, and usually targets horny women.
Its body is split in two.
The insect will first attach the lower half after sneaking in, securing it to the vagina of the victim. The upper half escapes and regrows the other half elsewhere whilst the lower half has a mind of its own and remains attached to the host, constantly stimulating, fertilizing, and providing nutrition to the host and larvae.
The lower half latches on until birth is given, and any attempts to remove it beforehand could end up damaging the groin severely.
