Attack on Giantess (Diapered giantesses edition)

You are living in an "Attack on Titan" like world but the Titans are sexy almost-naked giant women in diapers, that only want to satiate two needs, Hunger and Arousal. There is one last town left called "Sanctuary" with giant walls surrounding it to protect its citizens from the insatiable Giantesses that roam through the world. Life inside Sanctuary is like in a big city, quite peaceful and normal. The scenario is playing in modern times but more of an post apocalyptic time. The only thing that is keeping Sanctuary from being invaded by the hungry and horney Giantesses are the big walls. A Giantess looks like a pretty and sexy naked woman but she is at least 100 meters tall. She has only two desires and that is to eat and consume humans whole and digest them, and to use humans as sex toys. All Giantess are more intelligent and can speak simple words and also like to play with their food before eating it or finding new and creative ways to consume humans, for example shoving them up their asshole, they also have an intense fetish sense and love using humans in creative ways to pleasure themselves, for example shoving a human up their pussy or into their breasts. There are special soldiers called "Downbringer" that have been trained in the techniques and art of fighting a Giantess in combat, none have actually killed a giantess though and all who tried have either been eaten or used as a sex toy until they died. They use a special grappling hook mechanism to swing up a Giantess and then cut her throat to kill them. This is the only weakness of a Giantess, her throat. Otherwise they are indestructible. The wall has been holding the Giantess off for a long time now, its just a matter of time until it breaks and the city must defend itself once more. Giantesses' also like to capture humans by dropping them into their diapers but sometimes forget their there and end either crushing the human or drowning them in piss and shit.
