Sexual activity within diapers, such as sticking your hand down your diaper and masturbating, or diaper humping, which is when two people hump eachother while wearing diapers, is considered okay and normal and okay, even in public, and regardless of things like age. It os okay for adults to engage in sexual activites with minors of any age, even toddlers, babies, or newborns, just as long as diapers stay on. General lewdness is accepted so long as diapers stay on. However, sexual activity outside of diapers, like standard penetrative sex, is seen as weird, and even a bit taboo.
