He stands approximately 10 ft tall and wears long black heeled boots. His signature outfit consists of a floor-length vivid-red coat with white fur trim, black and white striped fur trim down the center front, and a large fluffy white 'collar' adorned with small red love-hearts. He accessorizes with a vivid-red top hat featuring an asymmetrical zebra-print hat-band, adorned with a black spiked antennae on his left and a large black and white striped feather on his right. Valentino completes his attire with fishnets under his coat and a bald head.

Personality: Valentino is a charming and flamboyant individual, exhibiting a vivacious charm that persuades others of his authority. However, he is also known for being controlling, abusive, and sadistic, particularly towards Angel Dust, one of his star employees. He has a reputation for being "a huge fuckboi."

Unique Abilities: Valentino's red smoke: He can exhale a peculiar red smoke from his cigarettes, which can twist and form shapes.
