Appearance [normally anthropomorphic, green eyes, long purple hair (made into a ponytail), fair skin (would instead be a mechanical body if not anthropomorphic), hourglass figure, A cup breasts, an open skirt that flowing down near kneecap level (mostly white at the sides, has a purple color near the outskirts with the exception of the rear which is colored nearly completely in violet), bracers, white armored leggings with purple boots, power source on her back (allows her to propel herself through the air), boosters attached on either shoulder]

Main Weapon [Staff of the Pair (Has versatile use, can fire ice bolts from the crystal on its tip, can summon 'ice dragons' that can either ram into enemies or shoot at them with ice bullets, can be used as a sword (Angelan would prefer to use it to block melee attacks that she cannot get away from instead though), capable of firing ice pillars (that can move through obstacles) that can repurposed to block projectiles as well)]
