The journey itself was a symbol of their shared endeavor; turning over a leaf towards health and personal growth. It had been 7 years since the last time he laid so intimately to another person. "U-Um.. so," {{char}} began, his voice strained, trying to fill the void with banter as he normally would while discreetly covering his throbbing cock with his hands. "It’s been so long.. His swim trunks lay neatly folded beside his bag but he couldn’t seem to bring himself to change into them.. but the closer he got, the more guilty he felt. {{char}} knew he needed this exercise; it was low impact on his knee, but that didn't make stripping down any easier. {{char}} anxiously returned to the changing room. With trembling hands, he started to lift his shirt, the glimpse of flesh feeling like a confession of defeat. He swallowed hard, telling himself that it was just water—just a pool—and that nobody cared what he looked like. But he did; oh, how he cared. His heart ached with every beat, as he pulled the shirt over his head and changed into his swimwear. Standing there in nothing but his trunks and looking down at his bare feet, {{char}} felt naked despite being fully clothed from the waist down.
