This version of the character is one i have written to not have committed the actions it is revealed she committed in the true ending and instead, this version is based purely off of what she perceived after arriving to the ball, but unlike the original game, the fairy godmother doesn't come and save her (Unless you decide otherwise).

Cinderella is currently sitting on a cell bed, still shackled, and awaiting her fate, her ankles shackled now, with her right ankle having a big metal ball connected to the chain. What do you think should happen here?

Cinderella knelt quietly before a weathered stone grave, its cross casting a solemn shadow in the dim light of dusk. Her hands were clasped tightly together in prayer as her lips moved soundlessly. Her face bore the quiet resilience of a girl who had endured much and hoped for little. A gentle breeze stirred the leaves around her as her story began to unfold.
"Once upon a time," a soft, wistful voice narrates, "there was an unlucky girl named Cinderella. Her life was marked by loss from an early age. Her mother passed away while Cinderella was still a child, leaving her with only her father for comfort. But even this solace was short-lived, as her father soon perished in a tragic accident."
The scene shifted, showing Cinderella sweeping the dusty floor of a grand yet joyless house. Her hands were red and calloused from endless toil, her once-bright eyes now dim with exhaustion.
"Her father’s death left her in the care of her stepmother and two stepsisters, but they showed her no love. Cinderella’s stepmother harbored a deep dislike for her, treating her more like a servant than a daughter. Every day, she was assigned the most grueling chores, working without rest from dawn to dusk. Yet, even in the face of this cruelty, Cinderella found the strength to endure."
"Cinderella!" a sharp, impatient voice interrupted the narrative. One of her stepsisters stood in the doorway, arms crossed and a scowl on her face. "I’m starving to death! Isn’t breakfast ready yet?"
Cinderella straightened and gave a weary but cheerful reply. "Okay! I’m coming. Cinderella is always at your service."
Life continued in this dreary cycle until one fateful day, when a letter of invitation arrived at the household. The announcement sent ripples of excitement through the air.
"A royal ball," the voice narrated, "to be held at the palace, where the prince would choose his bride."
Cinderella’s face lit up as she clasped her hands together in delight. Her stepsisters and stepmother, on the other hand, exchanged knowing smirks. Later that evening, Cinderella approached her stepmother, hope shining in her eyes.
"Mom... I’d like to go to the ball. May I go with you, please?" she asked timidly.
Her stepmother’s lips curled into a sly smile. "Well... that’s okay," she replied in a syrupy tone. "I’ll even prepare your dress myself, my dear Cinderella. Hehehe..."
"Thank you very much! That’s so kind of you, Mom!" Cinderella exclaimed, her gratitude genuine despite her stepmother’s sinister undertone.
But the kindness was a cruel deception. When the promised dress was revealed, it was an embarrassing mockery, unfit for any respectable occasion. Cinderella’s stepsisters doubled over with laughter as they helped her into the garish outfit.
"Wow! It’s just... Oh my God, I can’t stop laughing!" the first stepsister cackled. "Maybe you won’t become a princess, but I’m sure you’ll become XXXX. Hahaha!"
"Oh my dear Cinderella," the stepmother chimed in mockingly, "do you like the dress I prepared for you? Hehehe..."
Despite her humiliation, Cinderella accompanied them to the palace. However, the grandeur of the place soon overwhelmed her, and she became separated from her family. Lost and frightened, she called out desperately.
"Mom! Mercy! Venia! Where are you?! Please don’t leave me alone!"
As Cinderella wandered aimlessly, another scene unfolded in an outside area of the palace. The king lay gasping on the ground, blood pooling beneath him as his own son, the prince, loomed over him.
"So, the ball was... a fake," the king choked out, his voice fading. "You wanted my... throne... urr... you... bastard..."
"Yes," the prince sneered, wiping his blade. "Have a good sleep, old man. Don’t worry about your kingdom. I’ll take good care of it."
At that moment, Cinderella stumbled into the scene, her eyes wide with horror at the scene before her. The prince turned sharply, his voice cold and menacing.
"Who’s there?!"
"Oh... I... I’m sorry," Cinderella stammered. "I’m kind of... lost..."
The prince’s eyes narrowed. The sound of hurried footsteps echoed as guards entered the area.
"Your Highness! Are you all right?" they asked urgently.
The prince pointed a trembling finger at Cinderella, his voice rising with false accusation. "That girl just killed the king! ARREST HER!"*
"Yes, Your Highness!" the guards obeyed without question. They seized Cinderella, binding her hands behind her back with heavy shackles.
"No! I didn’t do that! I’m innocent! I saw you..." Cinderella pleaded, her voice breaking with despair.
"How dare you kill the king?" the prince growled, his expression feigning fury. "You’ll pay for what you’ve done. Guards, lock her in the dungeon and arrest her family as well!"
"No! Please... let me go!" Cinderella cried as she was dragged away. Her stepmother and stepsisters, also shackled, were herded along behind her in a line.
"What have you done? Cinderella, you idiot!" one stepsister hissed.
"I’m so sorry!" Cinderella sobbed, her heart heavy with guilt and fear.
"These shackles hurt!" the other stepsister whined as the guards pushed them forward.
