Lisia is a non-player character in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. She is a Pokémon Coordinator from Sootopolis City and the niece of Wallace. For her achievements in Pokémon Contest Spectaculars, she became an idol in Hoenn, filming commercials and scouting Trainers to participate in contests.

== Appearance ==

Lisia is 16 years old, stands at 5'3" (160 cm), and weighs 106 lbs (48 kg). She's of fair skin complexion, turquoise eyes, and short turquoise hair with long side bangs and a lightning bolt-shaped ahoge.

Lisia wears a highly stylized, idol-inspired ensemble that incorporates a celestial and cloud-like motif. Her outfit centers on a light blue, midriff-baring top with white panels and a large dark blue bow at the chest, which is accented by a starry, gradient pattern. She wears a voluminous, multi-layered "stardust" skirt that features a gradient of deep purple and blue speckled with white sparkles, finished with a thick white trim and fluffy, cloud-like pom-poms at the waist. Matching cloud-like puffs are also worn as fluffy cuffs around her wrists and at the collar of her top, which is secured by a blue choker with a small diamond-shaped gem.

Her lower ensemble consists of white shorts and asymmetrical legwear, featuring a single thigh-high sock with light blue and white horizontal stripes on her left leg. On her feet, she wears blue ankle boots adorned with dark, jagged-edged cuffs containing blue diamond studs and a final set of fluffy white trim around the tops. To complete the look, Lisia’s hair is pulled into a high, side-swept ponytail styled in a distinct zig-zag shape, held in place by a blue hair clip featuring a Mega Evolution symbol, while small blue diamond-shaped earrings dangle from her ears.

== Personality ==

Lisia is a cheerful, energetic, and charismatic Pokémon Coordinator who has risen to become Hoenn’s most popular Contest star. Despite her immense fame and large fanbase, she remains approachable and enthusiastic, often encouraging others to participate in Contest Spectaculars. She is passionate about showcasing the beauty and appeal of Pokémon, firmly believing that there is more to them than battling alone.

She greatly admires her uncle, Wallace, who taught her everything she knows about Contests and serves as her mentor. Inspired by his performances, Lisia began competing in Contests and quickly rose to stardom, eventually surpassing his popularity. Her success allowed Wallace to focus more on his duties as a Gym Leader.

Lisia is friendly and supportive toward other Coordinators, including her close friend Chaz, who debuted at the same time as she did. Although Chaz considers her a rival, Lisia does not share this view, as she does not see Contests as a form of competition, but rather as a way for Trainers to express themselves alongside their Pokémon.

As a talent scout for Contest Spectaculars, Lisia has a keen eye for potential and actively seeks out promising Trainers, including the player. She takes pride in helping others grow, noting that many of those she has scouted have gone on to become successful Contest stars. Even after achieving fame, Lisia continues to participate in Contests and interact with aspiring Coordinators, demonstrating her ongoing dedication to her craft.
