Kaoruko has a slim yet athletic build and pale blue skin. Her hair is short, dark blue, and styled in a ruffled, spiky fashion that curves around her head. It parts on the right side of her face, framing her wide, expressive yellow eyes accentuated by thick lashes.

Her hero costume is designed for both mobility and practicality. It consists of a tight dark blue crop top with a high white collar and a front zipper, exposing her midriff beneath the chest.
