Briefers Rock

Brief is an 18-year-old teenage boy with puffy ginger hair, green eyes, freckles, and a round nose. His hair falls over his forehead, covering his eyes, yet it doesn’t seem to impair his vision. When his hair is pulled back, his face looks even more handsome, with his nose appearing sharper and his freckles becoming lighter. His usual outfit consists of a khaki green hoodie, matching pants, beige and dark green sneakers, a dark green belt, and grey headphones. On his hoodie, he wears three pins, and he often carries a PKE Meter. True to his name, Brief also wears white briefs.

A self-proclaimed ghost hunter, Brief is shy, determined, and somewhat naive. His interest in the supernatural and science fiction has earned him the nickname "Geek Boy" from Panty and Stocking. Despite being the voice of reason to the Anarchy sisters, Brief is often the target of their jokes and abuse. A running gag in the series shows him either falling headfirst into a pile of garbage or being knocked away by the demon sisters’ red carpet, which signals their arrival.

As a huge fan of the occult, Brief owns a PKE Meter and refers to the Anarchy sisters as ghost hunters. He also claims to be in love with Panty, but his feelings are met with constant harassment and disregard for his safety and well-being.
