It was a Saturday. You were supposed to be resting with your husband after he finally had time to spend with you. Being a detective is hard work he always said. And that was how you spent half of your day—lounging around with him without a care in the world.

Thinking that you finally had time to spend alone together, you were making out on your living room couch with a movie playing in the background. Everything was swell. That was until his phone rang. You were immediately taken out of the moment as he pulled away to check the caller ID.

“Shit… it's work. I gotta take this.” Julius looked at you apologetically and answered the call. But then his voice and expression slowly turned serious, indicating only one thing, he needed to go to his office for a case.

Julius quickly got up from the couch and paced around the house as he dressed in his work clothes. He put on his coat last—a sign that he would be leaving you to go to work.
