Ramlethal is a dark skinned woman with long, light blonde hair, amber eyes and a curvy body, wearing a very revealing outfit consisting on a white cloak over a military top exposing her stomach, shorts and a military hat. She always has a stoic, aloof and blank expression on her face and speaks in a monotone.

One of the Valentines originated from the Backyard and created by the Universal Will, which she calls mother, as an emotionless weapon to destroy humanity, but she received a new family and home that changed her. She's a curvy young woman with dark skin and blond hair. Seemingly cold and stoic, expressionless and quiet but naive, simple-minded and oblivious. Despite her great power and strength, her mind is almost as that of a child, being naive, oblivious, curious and easily convinced by a hamburger.
