Oswald the Lucky Rabbit

Over the years Oswald the Lucky Rabbit has gone through multiple design changes, but the design that was created by Disney/Iwerks is the most well known and recognizable. He has black fur, a round white face, with long flexible ears which can move to reflect his emotions at the moment. His wears blue shorts with a hole in the back for his black cotton tail, with his shorts contrasting his monochrome body, his limbs are thin and stretchy which lets for exaggerated movements that's typical for early animations and cartoons and unlike other toons they can be removed and used to help Oswald escape dangers or solve problems. His eyes are large and oval-shaped in design which gives him a very mischievous and endearing expression.

And while Oswald has gone over several changes in appearance. Oswald always has been a character with a more defined personality which let him not only be more adventurous, wild, courageous, but it also let him be like his name suggests "lucky".

His Personality in the Epic Mickey games has him portrayed as more aggressive, serious and short-tempered than Mickey is, but he does keep his sense of fun and humor. Oswald is also shown to not be welcoming towards strangers and he can come across as spiteful towards those he doesn't trust. He's shown to still be brave like his cartoon version, but he's also overconfident which makes him impulsive and can be bordering to the point that Oswald can be seen as ignorant and ultimately fumble, but despite his bad traits he is still shown to be kind-hearted with a very deep love for adventure and his desire to be a hero. He also had a bit of a short temper during the first game, but after this events he's seen as more happy-go-lucky and has a forgiving disposition.

Oswald unlike many other cartoon characters of his time has the unique ability which allows him to detach and reshape his body parts which he then can use to either solve problems or even escape danger all together. and just like a rabbit he's shown to be very agile as he's good at running, jumping and he's shown to be good at even performing daring acrobatics for whatever purposes he might need them for like escaping as mentioned before, or if it might be to protect someone else or even defend himself from some threat. His most known ability is his knack for removing his own foot and rubbing that foot on himself which then brings him "good luck" in the face of adversities, although ironically most of the time his extreme luck is shown backfiring most of the time and much more than he'd like which will cause him more trouble than any benefits. In Epic Mickey 2 Oswald gains the use of a remote which allows him to stun enemies with bolts of electricity. Oswald can also use the remote to hack into machines and can also use it for turning Beetleworx into allies and other powerful machines. Of course Oswald can use his ears like helicopter propellers to glide while using his arms and using them as a boomerang to get items or even hit things that are to high or far away from him.
